This summer Trevor and I had 3 family reunions to go to, which kept us on our toes and away from home a lot of the time. I already posted some pictures of the Stewart reunion (which is Trevor's mom's side). We also had a Tangren reunion (Which is my dad's side), and then the Knutson reunion. Here are just a few pics from the last two.
School starts this week for both Trevor and I, and neither of us are super excited about it. I was actually kind of dreading it (even though I could've been done I decided to come back for another degree), but then today I had my orientation meeting for dental hygiene and got all my tools and my "first patient." So now I'm a little more excited about it all. I'll be going to school for 2 more years now, and Trevor only has one more year left in his diesel mechanic program, but wishes he was done already. He is not the biggest fan of school and homework!! Needless to say, we will be super busy now trying to fit everything in, so I will do my best at keeping the blog updated.
This past weekend was my Grandma's 71st Birthday Party so we went to Draper to celebrate with the fam. We found this cool toy in my Uncle's garage and started playing around with it. Pretty fun, and some good exercise too (especially on the driveway slope.) This is me trying to do some cool stuff, but I'm not even strong enough to get going.
We also started playing on the trampoline and showing off our tricks.... of which I have none. Here is Trevor's best attempt at toe touches.
For those who don't know, my Grandma is Mexican and so she had to sing some Spanish songs for all of us. It was kinda cool, but at the same time, I couldn't even really tell she was singing different songs. They all just sound the same to me and Trevor. But we had some awesome Mexican food... the traditional beans and rice with Tri-tip and some delicious chicken.
