I must admit I get on the computer quite frequently. Do I blog... heaven's no. I spend most of my time looking at everyone else's blogs. I've gotten behind so I'll do a little update of February.
We had a few days that were almost warm and I ventured out with the kids to the park. Kaydance loves to be "tricky" on the slide and is constantly wanting to show me new ways that she can go down. I think that's her favorite thing to do at the park.
Did I mention that I LOVE that my kids have red hair?
I planned our Valentine's Day date this year. I did a "tie" theme. I unwound almost a whole skein of yarn throughout the house and Trevor had to follow it to get his gifts. I got him a movie and a new tie. He gave me Train's two newest CD's. I love them.
We went to dinner at the Thai restaurant in town.
Nolan turned one at the end of the month. I was going to be gone for a dental convention on his birthday, so we celebrated a few days early. I love this little guy so much. I can't believe he's been around for a year already... where did the time go?
This was my first attempt at making a pull-apart cake. I don't know why I've never tried it before... it worked out great. It is way easier for me to decorate/make shapes than trying to draw something on a rectangle cake, and you get way more frosting this way... that's my kind of cake!!
We had both our families over for a little party and the kids all loved it. I love living by so much family. We are so blessed!

Oh how fun! I seriously can't believe Nolan is one. How in the world did that happen? And the cake idea is awesome!
Hopefully we can come visit sometime soon!
